they were so sweet and understanding and helped us with any questions we had. since we were 19 and not many other places let younger drivers hire, this company did and took the best care of us. incredible customer service! would hire again :)

Went to HERZ was $1200 to rent a car for 6 days then went to JUCY and was $300 for 6 days, we showed up with no booking got a car within 30 minutes loved the customer service, absouslty going here from now on!! 10/10!!!!

The car (Crib) we get in Melbourne was quite old and had a lot of km. But it was clean. During our trip we get problems with the light of the car. The staff in Sydney were very friendly and helpful. They fixed the problems quickly. Unfortunatly we have to change the car in Cairns because of a leak roof. The stff in Cairns were very friendly and helpful too.

They were great, pick up, car was old but got us around. Only sad part was there was no Jucy sticker on car.

Pick up and drop off service is great,service over the counter is quick and easy..The car was a bomb to be honest.
