So, we read all of the bad reviews and originally made an online purchase with another 5 star rated company... can't tell you what a mistake we made, I should have used JTSPAS from the start. Ordered a bath on Wednesday lunch time and was delivered in perfect condition on Thursday afternoon. The service and communication was absolutely incredible!

Excellent staff. Very helpful in all aspects. Product left some some things to be desired but that is down to the manufacturer.

As described on the net . Can be self installed by a proficient DIY person . The triton shower supplied is very basic and so had to purchase another more suitable one . Otherwise very good fitted into a very tight space .
