Joybuy – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I have purchased several items from JOYBUY thru Wal-Mart.com. Most recently car touch up paint which got lost in the mail. I contacted JB by email thru Wal-Mart.com & also provided pictures of the info the USPS sent to me. Wal-Mart requires marketplace sellers to respond within 48hrs,which they did. After verifying thru the USPS I was issued a full refund via Wal-Mart. I just received 3 pairs of green,brown,black clip on flip up polarized sunglasses(under $10 for all 3!)from Joybuy thru Wal-Mart.com & they are nicest I've ever had & fit my glasses perfectly. I reordered the car touch up paint. I've gotten several items over the years from JB& a few of them were crummy,& for those items Wal-Mart refunded me& I kept the items. If u use Wal-Mart.com as ur ordering forum there really are no worries as Wal-Mart always refunds,but with Joybuy u must provide reasonable proof. A LOT of people don't want to take the time to do the necessary actions to achieve a satisfactory outcome,they just want to gripe & expect a refund that way. I will say that Wal-Mart does also give $5 to $25 promo code to disgruntled customers if u call Customer Care and won't take no for an answer!But it has to have been an online purchase. Also, being a Wal-Mart+InHome member allows for some special treatment. They really like their members & believe me,the membership is worth every penny. Joybuy has to adhere to the protocol issued them by Wal-Mart& I doubt they want to mess with Wal-Mart or lose their Marketplace status,so go thru the paces & you will get a happy outcome.

Hi folks had to write this review joybuy has been an awesome company with me placed order early afternoon next morning items shipped with tracking available also the quality for the price is great also they carry items that a lot of companies do not have 4 bicycles anyway go ahead and use them u will be happy

We ordered 2 rc cars from them. We received them earlier than expected and the product was fantastic! We will definitely be purchasing more from them in the very near future. They were purchased through Walmart.com

I ordered a set of masks from them through Walmart. The masks were as described! It feels good to not have to worry about getting anymore masks for a while. They arrived a day late, but I'm sure that was due to all the rain that's been falling. Overall, it was a great deal for the price!

was sceptical about item arriving after no communication with several emails. Even left a bad review. Finally came today . Exactly what I ordered so took down the negative review and in its place is now a positive one. Thankyou joybuy
