Jove – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

> Absoluter Scam! Als Agentur für Shiply werben Sie damit, dass alles innerhalb weniger Minuten verifiziert wird. Ich warte jedoch seit Tagen darauf und nichts passiert. Der ausgestellte Versicherungsschein ist völlig wertlos, da keine gültige EU-Zulassung der Versicherung vorliegt. Ich kann nur jedem raten, die Finger von solch einer Betrugsfirma zu lassen. Es ist bedauerlich, dass Shiply mit einer solchen Agentur zusammenarbeitet, während von uns verlangt wird, alles dreifach zu überprüfen!

What a hopeless Company. They are the contracted insurance review agent for Shiply.com, a very large transport and services hub. My longstanding account with Shiply is 'stuck' as my fully appropriate and valid insurance policies are 'under review' with Jove. As such, I cannot secure work from Shiply as the account is 'in suspension'. You cannot get any help on the phone from Jove, they do not answer calls or emails and fail to keep booked telephone appointments. Shiply should ditch them, they are useless and I would urge anyone to look elsewhere for professional insurance and 'goods in transit' policies. Avoid.

Have just paid £75 for an annual ' Goods in Transport ' insurance from this company and have received nothing. No emails , no documents , nothing. This company is promoted by Shiply ( the transport / collections and dispatch company that is a platform for sole traders who have vans) and I wanted to join up. This was part of the join up process and I now can't proceed without these documents so 🤷
