Ordered a printer and gave all of my credit card info. Two weeks later they had not shipped the product, was told that the credit card was held for a fraud check. Literally use this card every day, they did not have the product and/or just wanted my info to sell.

They don't hold stock but will advertise items as available. I ordered 12/27 and was notified on 1/19 (23 DAYS LATER!!) with a "we don't care" misspelt 12 word email saying that the item was not available. So that's 23 days from order date just to say they can't fulfil. Poor customer service, avoid. And for proof, just look at Better Business Bureau website complaints. A one man band.

This company sells "technology" to the educational institutions. They claim to provide a discount to the enrolled schools, colleges and others. In reality, they are a 3rd party supplier who does not verify eligibility of their sources. The downloadable software they sell violates privacy and consumer information but this is not disclosed by JourneyEd until the purchase occurs. JourneyEd takes the money and does not provide any disclosure of a contract between the consumer and the actual seller. Only after the sale occurs and money (non-refundable) transferred to JourneyEd, customer becomes aware that private information must be shared with the seller before the already purchased product can be downloaded. This is wrong and in violation of FCC and Consumer Protection laws. When we contacted the company (JourneyEd) and requested a refund, we were rudely told that the product is non-refundable. Yes, they do say it on their site but they never provide the requirements for the download. Now, we cannot download purchased software because it requires us to enter personal information. We will not provide this information to the seller or anyone.

Very unprofessional and uneducated folks you're dealing with here, very low-class responses. Get your software elsewhere. Do not give this company your money.

Good luck if you have ANY issues with your order that require a possible return. I got the wrong Microsoft Office disc. I didn't realize this until I put the PC disc into my Mac (which my Mac wouldn't read). I called them and they simply would not refund my money. When I asked to speak with the supervisor Wes Folks told me, "I AM the supervisor." I asked to speak to his boss and he said, " if you continue on like this, I will release you from the call." I called customer service who told me, "Oh, I know how frustrating this is," yet they still wouldn't refund my money. Mind you, I'm a professor at an affiliated school. They have my ID. It's obvious that I'm not a software hacker. In the end they didn't refund a dime.
