Joma Jewellery – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I’ve ordered from Joma Jewellery twice now, both times for gifts. I can’t fault the products, both times I’ve ordered the “create your own a little” personalised bracelets and they’ve each arrived on time and exactly as I’d imagined. However, their website is so frustrating to use (Google Chrome on mobile). The “create your own a little” software on there isn’t great, and no lie I added the product to my basket 4 times recently before it allowed me to get it right to order - this did include the personalised folding card so unsure if it was that causing the issues. Any kind of edits to it and it messes the whole thing up. This is my only reason for 4/5 stars.

I can honestly say. My daughter loves her Mother’s Day gift. I ordered on the Tuesday for delivery for Mother’s Day. Then read the reviews I was dreading my item not turning up it 🙈. And it arrived Saturday ready for Mother’s Day so 4 days from order to delivery. And what a lovely gift Thanks

Such lovely jewellery pieces at such an affordable cost. They come packaged so nice and are perfect for gifts or for yourself. Delivery took about a week and a half but this is to be expected when you order around Christmas time- just order in advance if you need them for a specific date. I have bought jewellery from joma quite a few times now and wouldn’t hesitate to buy again 🤍

Excellent products and design and delivered very promptly. There was an issue with the delivery of photocards for which I needed 4 and i only recieved 1 but on contacting customer services this was soon dealt with. Suzanne from customer services was very helpful and very quick with dealing with the query. I will definitely order from here again. Thank you Suzanne for all your help. Regards Claire
