EBY – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I ordered two bralettes and happened to get a pair of underwear free because they were having a sale. Neither of the bralettes nor the underwear fit and they didn't have my size to exchange. Because of sanitary reasons, they didn't allow me to return the "free" underwear I received because I opened the package. While I understand this policy, I was very frustrated that they CHARGED me for the underwear because the promotion became void when I returned the two bralettes. This just seems like bad business practice. Why call something "free" if you would charge me for it anyway when you know I want to return it? It felt like when someone gives you a gift and asks to be reimbursed for it. They should have at least made this clear when I was checking out and purchasing these products.
