I bought a Joe Brown dress from a store in April and love it, this is the first time I’ve ordered from Joe Brown on line, excellent service, delivery in 25 hours. Sadly the dress I wanted was out of stock, so ordered my second choice, the size 10 fits perfectly, (I’m a size 10-12) feels lovely on, very happy with my purchase. I will definitely buy more from this company. Thank you for such beautiful dresses and first class service.

ordered my wife Linda a new summer dress . such good service ,from the lady taking the order to it arriving . two days in total . also notified by emails .order recieved ,picked up by EVRI ,and courier will deliver in a 2 hour time slot . whats not to like . Linda is very pleased with the quality and 100 % happy .

I needed to contact customer service regarding a gift voucher and they could not do enough to assist. I order the email voucher, but when it arrived, it lacked any "decoration" and seemed too plain to send on as a gift for a birthday. I contacted customer service and they offered to send me a postal voucher, which I accepted. There was a postal delay so I contacted the company again and they promised to send another one. Thankfully, the original voucher arrived the following day. Whichever staff member emailed me, each member was polite, helpful and apologetic. I could not ask for better customer service.. Thank you
