Audio works well and very reliable but not as water resistant as described and difficult to clean, occasionally an ear bud will stop bluetoothing though but overall a reliable and trustworthy product (at least in my experience) 8/10 purchase

My ear buds died after one year - I left a friendly review on the Jlab web site and got an instant response expressing their sadness and promising a quick replacement.
