After reading all of these horrible reviews I felt the need to tell you about my experience. I ordered a pair of Jordan's for my grandson. I ordered on Monday and received shoes on Thursday. I did have a question so I called customer service, got thru on the first try and spoke with Sharon who could not have been more professional, courteous, and helpful. From here on Jimmy Jazz will be my go to store when looking for nice sneakers.

They have phone number. I was scared after reading all the reviews but decided to try. Placed order sunday and paid for two day shipping. Nex day i received the traking info bit item was shipped By tuesday afternoon . i called them asking for a refund becasue i paid for two days, however they shipped after one more day but im very happy. Also because they have a phone number. Not as bad as i thought. Give them a try they have good prices
