We have just holidayed at El Sombrero Apartments in Los Gigantes, Tenerife. The apartment was very clean and roomy with a large balcony. We have stayed at these apartments quite a few times and always have a great experience, the pool is very welcomed as is the smaller childrens pool. The apartments are well sited close to the village and also to quality restaurants, and the bus terminus, very friendly staff who made our stay very pleasing.

Well organised throughout. Fergus Tobago was excellent with great food.

We have recently completed a holiday with Jet2 holidays to Kassiopi Corfu, and from booking, choice of hotel Melina Oasis to departure and return, it has been a most enjoyable one. The flights, transfers, cabin crew, accomodation, oh mustn't forget the pilot who kept us informed with regular updates, ie where we were, the weather forecast even for the next 10 days, and so easy to book as well. No complaints whatsoever

Always use jet2 for package holidays because everything is arranged for you no fuss , we have just come back from Madeira , I just wish they would put on explanations of the area for walking and medical difficulties , we were looking forward to Madeira but found it very hilly and everything was either up a hill or down a hill with very little on the flat, I have a bad back and my knees are quite bad with pressure going downhill , my wife has had triple heart surgery and we found it extremely difficult to get about, this should be made evident when browsing holidays and it should be a paragraph to explain possible mobility issues but there is nothing , otherwise I like jet2
