Je Joue – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I bought the Je Joue Nuo and it works on it's own. The issue I'm faced with is the main USP for this device, which is that you can control it with your phone. It connects fine but loses connection every couple of minutes and you have to reconnect it. It obviously ruins the fun if you have to reconnect with the device every couple of minutes. Customer service got back to me and offered me a replacement but they declined my request for a refund.
