Wetherspoon – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Well what can I say...KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! SHOUTS OUT TO REBECCA (CHEF)!!! And the polite other members of staff. I visited here yesterday ordered fish and chips as I had done in The Sir Micheal Balcon Ealing branch. I was with a friend who ate with me at the Ealing branch (See other review) and we were so dissapointed with the meal my friend vowed never to eat from Wetherspoons again. However I love me a bit of Wetherspoons so I asked my friend to accompany myself and another family member to the Botwell Inn restaurant. I ordered two meals, fish and chips, bao bun and wings, as my friend refused to eat, on receiving my order my friend changed his mind and asked for a meal. All I can say is thanks I got my Wetherspoons friend back thanks to your clean venue, well presented and cooked food. I never got to take a picture (see Google review) of the full plate as my friend couldn't wait to tuck in...lol

Visited jdwetherspoons The Shrewsbury 21/23rd November 2021for evening meal & breakfast, on both visits the service was very efficient & friendly from all of the staff .They are constantly busy stocking the shelves etc when not serving customers. A very well run place from what I could see ,very impressive & overall a great experience 👏 😊 Ps.tried to do a review on their own website but could not find where to do it 🙄

JDWeatherspoons is excellent value, OK it may not be dining at a 5 * restuarant, but to be fair pound for pound it is unbeatable. My wife & I visit the Lifeboat in Formby Merseyside at least twice a week, always satisfied with food, drinks & service. I find dining out very affordable, without Weatherspoons, I doubt we would be dining out. I find some of the poor reviews to be unfair, judgement should be made on value for money, Weatherspoons is unbeatable. Well done JDWeatherspoons keep up the great service.

The Taylor’s Chalk in Sidcup. A perfect example of an extremely well run pub. Was visiting Sidcup and went in 2 mornings in a row for breakfast. The service was exemplary. The breakfast was great, the staff couldn’t have been nicer, and as we were staying in the Travel Lodge we got an extra 20% off the bill! Win win!
