I purchased several pairs of shoes for myself and my children over the past few months and I have found the service to be excellent on every occasion. Special thanks Emma for all her support.

I ordered a pair of Nike air Jordan’s and they arrived really quick, the box was damaged slightly but the shoes were in great condition no issues whatsoever.

As a 1st time buyer I was satisfied with the online purchase and delivery. I checked the reviews first and felt confident buying per comments from veteran reviewers. Used Paypal just in case something went wrong but it was all OK. Received the item from Auspost in two business days (within NSW). Item is exactly what I wanted.

Lebbib at Karrinyup JD store was super helpful at such a busy time today. He waited with us, double checked, was polite and helpful. We couldn't get what we wanted and he helped us to place an online order.

Almost every time I've shopped at JD liverpool I've had 10 out of 10 service. I'm always greeted efficiently and made to feel welcome. The team members have treated be politely and given great one on one service. There was only one time when they had first opened in liverpool sydney, I wasn't greeted or even acknowledged to which lead me to walk out of the store. However the good definitely outweighs the bad here for me. Each time I've entered that store I've left with a pair of shoes/ clothing etc. Again today,I had fantastic service and left with another pair of shoes. And ill also be writing to their customer service team AGAIN to let them know how pleased I am shopping there. I only shop at JD now to purchase shoes for myself and family.
