On Friday 14th July 2023 I purchased a Apple iMac with Retina 4.5K Display 24-inch 8-core GPU 256GB (Silver) [2021] for $1548.99 so I could use it to write stories, do PowerPoint Presentations and for photo and video editing as well.

Always a great experience buying from JB HiFi. Staff are always friendly and helpful, which is unusual given how many staff they have...shows good management. Never had a warranty issue with them. Highly recommended.

My experience was fantastic the person that I dealt with was Omar, I bought a new phone he set the phone up including face recognition, transferred data from the old phone to the new phone, set up the account, professional and friendly, he even worked through his break to ensure I was taken care of. I will deal with JB HiFi with all my electrical appliances.

This is for JB Hi-Fi Hervey Bay store- A huge "thank you" must go to staff members "Megan" and "Jessie" who solved a "Telstra" problem straight away- just walked in the store and was served with the outmost curtesy knowledge and care- after the "Telstra shop" Hervey Bay "forgot" my booked appointment!- A special "thanks Mate" must go to Jessie who has been looking after me and my little probs along the way with my I phone I pad etc(purchased at your store)- Jessie is such an easy going guy-full of knowledge and great advise- nothing is too much for him- and all done with a great smile!!!
