I love this store. Yes some of the shop assistants well just one in particular can be snobbish, but the rest of them are helpful an friendly. I love there clothes an if I have a flush month yes I will buy there. Always in an out keeping an eye on prices but yes yes yes love it.

Excellent customer service. Had an issue, it was resolved in a kind and professional manner. Jaeger quality is well known although it decreased a little recently, it’s still very best.

I only ever buy Jaeger clothing and was quite concerned on hearing Jaeger had been sold to the owner of Edinburgh Woolen Mill. I duly looked in EWM and came out with the conclusion that if Jaeger. Clothing dropped to EWM styles and quality I would not be buying any more and have been stocking up while I can just in case. The reviews relating to orders and customer services also had me worried but I can honestly say I have had no problems with any orders recently placed and any phone messages or emails sent to customer services have had a very quick response, either the same day or next day at the latest. Hope the Jaeger brand and quality continues.

So many negative reviews but my experience was very good. Quality clothes. Slight delay on delivery with the first package and delivery charge was refunded and the second package was right on time.

Bought a lovely cashmere sweater in Chichester before Christmas & am very happy with it. Sadly, the customer service in the shop was unremarkable as there was no constructive help or advice given during the sale which I would have appreciated. That said, when the sale came on I did buy the same cashmere sweater in another colour. The on line service for next day delivery worked perfectly: the item came bang on time via DHL. I have been a loyal Jaeger customer for over 40 years but the quality of customer service in their shops has definitely deteriorated during the past few years. Jaeger, please improve your act or you will be following the Viyella and Country Casuals group .............
