I've ordered from them a few times and mostly I have loved my clothes that I've order. Last order, I got three dresses and decided to return two as I didn't like them on. It was really easy to return and I got my refund quickly

First time ordering from Izabel London. Unfortunately the lovely coat was too big so I had to return. The packaging was lovely and so easy to return using the label provided using Royal Mail. Waiting on my refund now but can't imagine that will be too long. Will order a smaller size. Order No 353011 A.C. Thank you !

Thank you Izabel London for processing my refund for Order No: 307934. It was a lovely dress; it's just that I thought the floral colour was pink - that's how it appears on the website, but when it arrived it was more of a beige colour and I can't wear beige. Unfortunately, I have had to return Order No: 307958 - another lovely dress, but it was too small for me. I look forward to my refund in due course. Thank you for your good customer service.

The dress was lovely but the hem was very uneven on one side, I know the dress was a bohemian style but I don’t think this was part of the design. It just looked as if the hem was too short on one side of the dress..

Clothes are fab and recently I had one item that was faulty, a seam came unstitched after wearing it once. Was offered a 20% discount as after 28 day return period but loved the dress so much asked for a replacement and this was quickly rectified. Great company, will continue to order from them.
