I have been buying from I Saw It First since 2020 and I have never been disappointed with anything. Customer service has always been excellent and the clothes quality is absolutely amazing, they don’t go tatty after a few washes like other brands. There prices are reasonable and they always have discount codes to use if the prices are too high for you or if you want to save some pennies in general. Cannot be any happier with them

I recently purchased a basic hoodie from this store and it has quickly become my go-to for casual days.

I placed an order but it was cancelled due to item being out of stock. I emailed their customer services and the girls who were working were super polite, I chose to have a different size of the the same item shipped and they even refunded the shipping fee. The item arrived as described, no flaws. It was inexpensive so the quality isn’t the highest but I cannot fault the company for the price paid. Customer service is truly 10/10
