Isaora – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I bought a jacket of their's that had a forever guarantee for repair/exchange/refund. The waterproof has worn out in some parts and the material on the pockets has warped (they don't stay flat on the jacket). It's not a bad jacket, but with the problem - they first said they don't do any repairs. After I pointed out their forever guarantee (from an email, because they no longer have it on their website), they've offered a credit for the full purchase price of the jacket. That would've been an acceptable solution had I purchased the jacket for the 50% or so off it was marketed it as after a 1-2 months of my purchase. I bought it at full retail, I should get the full warranty as promised. The jacket isn't terrible and at least they gave me credit - but that's no excuse for the marketing trickery they played on me.
