I contacted the company to get some spare parts for my sons bedroom tv mount (which is very good) after he moved out as he took his tv as well as a mounting plate. They got back to me and from the conversation I had with them it's obvious this company and their staff really care about their customers and afterservice. By far the best customer service I have ever had. Thank you to Victoria and Invision, I am very grateful for your help.

Exemplary customer service. Bought an MX150 off Amazon that turned out to be a repackaged return as it did a full 360 at the base which it is not supposed to be able to do, plus it was starting to wobble and bits of broken plastic were starting to show. Contacted Invision expecting the usual rigmarole returning an item you get with most companies these days, but they just replaced it straight away with a new one. So rare to find a company these days that will replace something that isn’t right without first expecting you to jump through hoops of red tape to do it. I’m not going to be buying monitor arms all the time of course, but I’d certainly recommend them to anyone that is for the no-quibble customer service alone - but the arm is exactly what I needed and works a treat.

I bought the MX450 monitor arm recently. I'm using it for a different purpose and I find the flexability of this monitor arm second to none. I'd buy a second one if the need arose. A bit more expense than maybe other models but this one has everything.

Had some issues during the configuration of the monitor arms which caused me some stress however, after connecting with the customer service team (who are extremely helpful & knowledgeable) , and some amendments to my order, did we get to a solution to my needs, I must stress that only through this help/assistance/actions could we have reached this point. I now could not be happier with my setup. The Invision products are of high quality, easy to assemble, very robust and very well constructed. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK SIZES REACH AND ACCESSABILITY BEFORE YOU ORDER.
