I entered my order number, evidence of my receipt of return and description of my items for return. Ariana was extremely efficient and helpful in obtaining information on my delayed order refund and immediately rectified my issue. I love the in the style shop and although I was required to investigate my delayed refund, the extremely positive experience I had with customer service has ensured that I will not be deterred from shopping here in the future.
