Inadvertently I had mistakenly created an alternate account that disabled my purchased space. Diiana was instrumental In getting me ack on track and moving forward by reestablishing my original paid account. Thanks to Diiana I can Now Move Forward With My Project. Great Customer Service!

Very quick response, problem explained promptly and very reasonable solution suggested (and accepted). Polite and friendly, nothing to complain about really. Not the usual long back-and-forth arguing to work something out, so very refreshing.

I have been an Internxt-customer for one year. I purchased my first lifetime package in March 2024 and have bought two additional packages since. I use Internxt via the web-frontend (i. e. my browser) and via the app on a Mac, a Windows- and a Linux Notebook. Plus I have the app installed on my iphone. I am absolutely content with the user interfaces in the web-frontend and with the availability of the service in general (I did not notice any downtimes). The desktop app could be improved, as uploads are very slow both in manual and in automatic uploads (file sync). The iphone app works quite well - search function does what it is supposed to do. However the app lacks an automatic function to backup my photos and videos from the smartphone to the Internxt storage; I have to upload media files manually. This last bit is my biggest disappointment with Internxt. I consider the Internxt service and support "good" (as opposed to many reviews here stating the contrary). I contacted the service via email and received an answer within 12 or so hours; replies via chat came reasonably fast. There was a minor hickup with my last additional storage plan but the support solved the issue to my full satisfaction in a couple of hours. All in all I am very pleased with the quality of Internxt's services and am looking forward to an update of the iphone app which will hopefully integrate an automatic upload or sync function for media files.
