Hello IGP Team, This is Baibhav Raj, a humble patron of your incredible business. First of all, I would like to state that I had not used IGP that much and hadn't ordered too many things, but I was always browsing though. So, 4th of May is my parent's anniversary and I had booked a pretty nice cake and a bouquet. The company cancelled my booking and returned my money and I was not aware until 6 in the evening. As I was panicking in my office, igp popped up while searching for same day delivery gifting sites (none had today's slot even available as it was evening already). Without even giving it a second thought, I immediately selected a designer cake and a assortment of flowers. IGP delivered the elaborate order within 2 hours and my parents were so incredibly happy. I have been sending a cake to my parents since the past 6 years and IGP helped keep up that tradition. I don't even know if my message will reach you guys, but you guys are awesome. They were not able to deliver the gift at the preferred time due to some problems(I think the mobile number) with the contact number, and they contacted me via email and delivered the product. I had ordered a Chocolate Fudge Brownie Cake for my wife's birthday. The cake was delivered on time and the packaging was great and above all it tasted very good (amazingly delicious...you cant stop with just one bite).
