well..where to start..great service..i knew all the way from ordering to unboxing where the ix6 was in transit...cheaper than anywhere else..and as for the scooter....unbelievable ride..very fast too fast for me but i needed the torque for hills...very happy customer.

Amazing product, quick delivery

Bought the ihoverboard and arrived in a few days great looking and easy to put together with the Gokart attachment. Had a few issues with the Bluetooth but the customer service was very helpful with fast responses and all sorted out quickly very happy and my kids love it.

I placed an order for an iX4 scooter and next day received an email saying it was out of stock in their UK warehouse so I had to wait for one shipping. When the scooter arrived the function buttons did not work, after a few days of emailing back and forth they sent out a replacement part that only took 2 minutes to replace. Overall everything took a bit of time but I got the product that I ordered and got the replacement part that I needed.

My Scooter stopped working for one reason or another so I had to send it back.Within a week or so I received a brand new replacement..I can’t praise this company enough for the fast efficient friendly service I received.Thanks Dave
