Worst customer service, stupid people work there. They never solve any reported issue. You give them all evidence and explain when what happens, ask them to solve the game lagging, glitches and paypent bugs but they always reply "no abnormalities were found". This is a scamming, no price for package is shown and when game is lagging it can spend your money on random items from store without your permission, you ask them to refund the used items because of the game error but they say "sorry we can't". Those people are on drugs, blind and mindless, they can't read or understand any complaint. IGG DOOMSDAY is the glitchest game ever, all players report about server disconnections, bugs, errors & untransleted chinese symbols

Best defence game ever too interesting but i just have one issue that please give free gems 1083868032 this is my igg id please its my humble request give some gems but I will again say that this game is Great

I'm close to giving 3 stars only but their customer service gets the 4th star. They send me the wrong item the first time and I had to pay import fees to get the item I ordered (not IGG's responsibility). Contacted customer service and they replied a day after which is expected. I thank their customer service for being polite and helpful. They then send me the correct item I ordered but I had to pay import fees again unfortunately. They send me the correct item without me having to pay anything and I got to keep the wrong item as well.
