Absolutely fantastic experience. Used this company very recently to order some really smart looking lamps for the bedroom. They arrived very quickly for a fantastic price and look absolutely brilliant. I thought the bulbs had been missed off by them though and didn't realise I hadn't added them onto the order manually. When moaning by email, they were again very quick and responsive. I then ordered the bulbs separately. They also arrived very quickly. Super impressed by everything, the delivery, the response to my emails, the quality of the product, the price of the product. Superb experience. Sorry Iconic for getting it wrong about the bulbs! But thank you for bearing with me! Will 100% go here first for my lights going forward. Thanks!

I’m always cautious from buying from Online companies and I spent ages researching Iconic Lights before ordering. In the end I went ahead and bought two Sheridan Steampunk Electric pendant lights with a clear glass shade and two light bulbs from Iconic Lights. They arrived in good time and were just as expected. No complaints here -they look great in my hallway!

I ordered come glass ball lights and when I opened them a month after delivery due to house renovations one of them was smashed, I contacted customer service who arranged for a replacement whole new light to be sent out and I received it the next day! Amazing customer service, thank you so much!

I couldn’t rate iconic lights highly enough. I ordered two wall lights, which had a decent first order purchase discount of 15%. They arrived sooner than I anticipated. Had them fitted, unfortunately one of the lights didn’t work and after trying different bulbs to be sure I turned to email Iconic lights customer service. I had a speedy reply and they have sent a replacement out the same day. I’ve had confirmation from my Hermes for delivery and now waiting for the replacement to arrive. They’ve sent a free returns label for me to send back the faulty item, so no waiting for reimbursement costs. So although a little disappointed at first that a light didn't work. The customer service have been brill and will definitely return for future purchases.
