Whilst trying to find out where to write a review for Iberian Airlines due to the fantastic service that we experienced with them, I have come across some terrible reviews and although I am so sorry for the customers who experienced these problems, I have to say that my experience with the airline was so good that I wanted to go out of my way to give them a good review. Our trip out to Madrid was great. We were on a BA plane so were very lucky to have TV's to watch and this was unexpected and really made the short journey go super fast. I had made a huge mistake with my booking date back to UK. Instead of October I had put November and did not even notice this until we were on the way to the airport for the return flight. We went to the check in desks and although they were not able to help us, they did check what flights they had going out later that evening that had spaces available and then told us to go to the Iberia customer services area. There was a pretty long queue but it was not long before we got to speak with one of the customer services people who could not have been more helpful. He was able to change our tickets to the original flight I should have booked and then with a bit of a rush we managed to get to the boarding gate in time. This was so stressful as my friend had flights booked back to Australia via Bali and if we had not been able to get back in time it would have affected all her on-going flights. We are MOST grateful to the gentleman who helped us at customer services, and also the airlines for two good flights.

Iberia Refunded me 600€ without complaints for being 5 1/2 hour late on my return flight 1 month after the flight. Excellent Service!

Excelente servicio de atención al cliente de Iberia en Colombia Colombia : Solicité reembolso a Iberia debido a un viaje que no puede realizar por fuerza mayor de Roma a Madrid el día 06/06/2024 y su respuesta fue muy diligente oportuna, el servicio al cliente excelente , sus asesores muy amables y cordiales.

Ich bin am 29.02.24 zum ersten Mal mit IBERIA geflogen. Dieser Flug, von Berlin über Madrid nach Santiago, verlief planmäßig und es gab in rundherum keinerlei Beanstandungen. Der Rückflug sollte mit der gleichen Gesellschaft am 31.03.24 von Montevideo über Madrid zurück nach Berlin gehen. Am Vortag wurde ich per Mail informiert, dass dieser mit über fünfstündiger Verspätung starten wird. Dieser wiederum endete wegen "technischer Probleme" in Sao Paulo. Nach einer schier endlosen Nacht, konnten wir in einem Hotel einchecken. Am darauffolgenden morgen gelang es uns, mit Hilfe einer Mitreisenden über den Telefon Service in Madrid den Flug auf BA über London umzubuchen. Mit vierundzwanzig Stunden Verspätung, waren wir am 02.05.24 wieder in Berlin. Die Verspätung von über fünf Stunden, sowie das nochmalig bezahlte Übergepäck, wurden von IBERIA schnell und anstandslos erstattet.

Nachdem ich mich wegen einer Erstattung eines Business Flexible Tickets viele Wochen lang telefonisch mit Iberia Callcentern erfolglos herumschlagen und ärgern musste, habe ich gestern mittels Facebook Messenger auf der FB Seite von Iberia das Problem geschildert. Kurz danach kam die Antwort, man würde sich darum kümmern und heute, nur einen Tag später, kam das Mail über die erfolgte Rückerstattung. Im Gegensatz zu den Callcentern von Iberia.com kümmert sich das Social Media-Team von Iberia offensichtlich sehr um Kundenprobleme.
