The team promptly reviewed my case and provided a resolution by issuing a full refund in the form of a gift card. Love these boots! They are so easy to slip on. The delivery was really quick even though it was just the standard service. All in all, could not rate Hunter any higher!

After about 12 years my Hunters had cracked and started perishing - no amount of Stormsure glue was working any more. I then discovered Hunters were in administration, so I turned to Le Chameau. They arrived - the best and most expensive. The foot shape looked odd and sure enough I'd only walked about 100yds and my socks were near my toes - they were immediately returned. Back to glueing! Now, many months later, I discover Hunters are trading again. A pair of Balmoral Full Zip Commando arrived yesterday. They looked as though they would be a proper shaped fit and 3 miles later, across ploughed fields, and my socks were still fully in place - fantastic. They are really comfortable and in fact a great improvement with little additions like the zip toggle which makes it so much easier to pull the zip up - and it stows against the boot. The little protrusion at the heel which makes it easy to get the boot off after unzipping. The extra pair of insoles to adjust the fit - not needed by me. Sadly my old boots are now in the recycling bin!
