Earlier this month, I gave a negative review of Hudson Shoes. I now realise that the review was totally undeserved and for that I am sorry. Following my purchase, the company has bent over backwards to assist me even though the review was based on a misunderstanding on my part. I would therefore like to acknowledge the grace and absolute professionalism staff at Hudson have displayed in handling a review they didn't deserve. The company have been true to their word - quickly replying to my emails and patiently guiding me through their, really easy, return process. On checking back as well, I realised that I have on three previous occasions bought shoes from them with no problems whatsoever. Thanks Hudson Shoes. In fact besides exchanging my small size shoes, I am looking to purchase an additional pair in support of these really nice people.

Hudson is my go-to brand for Boots. The leather quality, the finish, the comform everything is 5*. Been a customer since about 8 years and never had any complaints.

Very pleased with the service. I was worried about returning my shoes as the delivery company will only cover £50 if the item was lost or damaged on it's way back. I spoke to a young lady who reassured me and answered all the questions I had about the returns policy, very quick and helpful.
