Ok I'm deleting my old review and giving them 5 stars for their excellent customer service. I emailed them letting them know two of my orders got lost in the past and they sent me a two months supply for free.

Ich nutze es seit Jahren. Die Linsen sind toll. Das einzige was ich zu bemängeln habe, dass man keine Versandbestätigung bei dem Abo bekommt. Ich muss immer raten, wann sie in etwa kommen.

Ha sido muy buena mientras duró,3años con ellos.pero estoy muy enfadada por no haberme comunicado que ya no trabajaban con esta empresa,y yo hubiera buscado por otro lado,ahora a esperar el pedido y tengo que estar unos días sin ellas.

I must admit, I left an extremely snake review about Hubble before, one star. It was a lot of back and forth with customer service that got me so angry regarding and subscription order that I was unaware about. With that being said, I spoke with a lovely lady by the name of Catherine, who did everything in her power and then SOME to make me a happy customer. It’s the simple things, sometimes things can get you frustrated, but always remember the people you’re yelling at, are people too! Thanks for re-subscribing me, Catherine - and thank you for making it right despite my frustration. Even after all the frustration though, never did I ever say the contacts were of poor quality! They’re a great product! You guys rock! Again, sorry for the frustration. :)
