Amazing experience. I ordered my heat press in June I used couple time and then one day just stop working. I send email to customer service.... Answer was very fast, they ask for prove ( video how I plug in and heat press and other information) excellent service.... They couldn't find issue for my press and they send replacement press. I make complaint Monday and Wednesday I have my press. Very fast custom response 👍 thank you. PS I really like them heat press and mug press

I like it soooo much more!! Good value. Great product. I will be buying much more!! Can I just say... IM IN LOVE!!This vinyl has been some of the best and easiest to weed that I have purchased thus far. I have to cut out small designs for coffee cups and this stuff holds up well to the small designs and doesn’t tear or peel out in the machine like other stuff does. Oh and the weeding... what a time saver.

The tumbler heat press is definitely an affordable choice if you have a lot of customization mugs orders. The included heat-resistant gloves are essential to take your mug or bottler out, as the machine can get very hot during operation. It's worth noting that the exterior of the device doesn't overheat, which is a nice safety feature.

Fantastic products and super speedy delivery

I have a cricut maker I set the machine to everyday iron on , more pressure and only cut it once , was easy to weed, like it said it’s a cold peel, I used a Teflon sheet to cover it and a iron . It gives the instructions for a iron and the heat press. Also, it shipped out fast came in a couple of days after ordering.
