I received some knives and a frying pan, there was an issue and Louis from customer services really went his way to help resolve the situation. I'm really impressed! I would highly recommend this company!

Brilliant customer service from this company. I have contacted them a few times over the 20 years or so I have had their products and they have always, to date, sorted out my replacement items without quibble or answered my questions quickly. My most recent contact was when the work situation was at its' most confusing and they advised that there would be a delay in sending the item. They then sent me a couple of emails to let me know they had not forgotten and it arrived before the date initially advised. Brilliant. Solved my problem professionally and as soon as they could. I will return to this company for all my future kitchen purchases. Having peace of mind is important and knowing that any future issues will be quickly resolved means a lot. Having ordered two Judge baking sheets (33 x 33) on the afternoon of 28 December 2021, they were delivered by DPD on New Year's Eve. Ideal products, perfect condition, and delivered in super-quick time.

We started to use an unopened (maybe older) gift set of Judge cutlery, and the forks were faulty. We hadn't kept the box, and didn't know the style. We have had many Judge products and think they are great quality and value so this was a surprise. Rachel from Customer Services responded promptly and helpfully, all online, over a series of messages to identify the style, and agreed to replace the forks. I was more than delighted to receive a complete new set of cutlery this morning. It was great dealing with Rachel - Customer service at it's best.

My Stellar kettle was purchased by my parents as a gift so had no proof of purchase for it, However the handle became loose, and the whistle stopped working. As it carried a life time guarantee, I decided to contact you. My request for the guarantee to be honoured was picked up by Louis, his manner and approach was second to none He honoured, my request even though my kettle was no longer available. He sent me a choice of 3. I selected the ebony one which arrived on Tues pm., To say I am delighted would an understatement it is gorgeous. Your prompt courteous attention to my request was amazing It is stunning a true style icon. It looks fab sitting on the back of my black and white Aga I also drive a black Audi TT, and it matches that!! ,so it is now known as TEA TEA. The service you have given me is exemplary, and far more than I could ever expected.
