Ordered, paid, never received anything

Over the past year, I have bought around seven shirts and 4-5 pair of shorts from this site. The shipping time is a bit long, but that is not controlled by the company. Especially as I am in Thailand and it ships from China. But I enjoy the shirts and shorts and really like the sets. I have had to reach out to Customer Service twice. One issue was minor and I wanted them to know about it. The last issue was more severe with major faults on a pair of shorts. In both cases Customer Service responded right away and followed up on the issue. In the case of the defective shorts they replaced them free of charge.

My shirt arrived today in perfect condition and is everything they claimed it would be. Accurate sizing and quality material. I’ll be a returning customer.

I ordered 4 shirts and all have arrived within the time frame they gave. However, one was backordered, but showed up 2 days after the others.

I found Hooshops to be very trustworthy, I ordered 3 shirts and they all arrived together great quality and in excellent condition, at least a week earlier than expected.
