Fast and thorough communication from customer service!

I very recently bought a rends avenger fleshlight it did arrive bit later than expected thought it was lost but just had to be patient enough another thing I encountered was upon arrival it said free shipping all taxes and import has been paid I choose that option but yet i still had to pay unfortunately then i contacted customer service they didnt respond back immediately took like 5 business day for them to respond when they did asked me how much and also proof of course they sent me back the money to my paypal account immediately so despite those 2 issues i can definitely recommend it also the rend avenger is very unusual and also very unique design looks really great and feels great

This product has a prety neat eia, like that the handles are able to be postioned independently of each other to alow the user to hold t in whichever way fes most natual tothem. This also makes it easy to use with the included phone grip that attaches to the top ofitits fary easy to clean out and the way thooks into the device s fairyintuitive, mucrbetter than other similar devices from competitors.

Item was in no way fit for the intended purpose. Was refused refund and return due to it being an adult item that had been opened. Company ignored the Consumer Rights Act 2015 legislation section 10 that clearly states that the item is to be fit for a particular purpose. Further more, section 11 states that the item is to be as described, which in this case it certainly was not as it did not do the thing it was supposed to at all and the pages description clearly states what the item is meant to do. I will be opening a fraud claim with my bank and reporting the company to trading standards. I do not advise using this company. Their customer service is awful and they completely ignore the laws of the country of the buyer. (Note: In the UK all companies selling here have to abide by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 legislation. It does not matter if their company is based in another country under other laws.) Edit: Update: Contacted my banks fraud department and was directed to the transaction disputes department. Filed a dispute and within a few hours of giving them all the details they have returned my funds. My recommendations to the seller: Learn the laws of the countries you are operating in. When a user directs you to their jurisdictions legislative documentation, READ IT! Edit: Update: Bank dispute case is ongoing but still have funds whilst the investigation is completed. Will update with the results. Edit 2: dispute closed in my favour. Also note: the company E-Mailed offering me the refund if I closed the dispute. I politely refused this offer and allowed the dispute system to put them right. ShadyAF
