Quality of product and the pleasure it gives

I purchased a toy from honey play box recently and the product was faulty. I was upset that in an international customer and that I wouldn't be able to return the product due to the shipping and handling fees being as much as the toy itself. I left my review saying as much and honey play box contacted me to arrange an alternative method of proving the product was faulty. It took a couple months of emailing, but I now have a replacement that works!! thanks to great customer service and diligent staff, I am now very happy with my purchase.

This is now my Wife's favorite toy. Your products are always very well constructed, they are built from grade A materials. I am now a life long customer.
