Never delivered the product and never gave me a refund! Horrible business - don't do business with them!! Report them to BBB.

Total bogus company!! I have been waiting for 5 months for my bar stools that they claim are available. Using the excuse of potential port container delay. Just filed a dispute with Capital One Visa in an attempt to get my $403 back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I have been waiting for my order and has not been delivered. They keep telling me they did not receive enough qty to fill my order in the meantime the website indicates 10+ in stock. They would not provide me with an answer why they had none in stock when the website indicates in stock. Stay away from this company they keep you hanging and don’t deliver and they charge your credit card

On Feb 20, 2023, I ordered a bird bath fountain. It said ten were in stock and fast shipping. The $61.72 was taken immediately from my bank account. After 9 days and no movement on my order, I called. I actually got a live person. Sophie, I've seen her name mentioned in other comments. I gave her the order number and it sounded as though she was having difficulty locating the order and then I was disconnected. When I called back, of course no on answered. I left a message and called right back. Left another message and sent an email. Not long after, I received a call back from Sophie apologizing for getting disconnected. Asked if I wanted to cancel and receive refund. I said NO, I want my item. She advised she'd get back to me in 24hrs with shipping information. A few minutes later, I received a call from someone else asking if I wanted to cancel and receive a refund, I said NO. Again I was told I would be contacted in 24hrs with shipping. I then received a reply to the email from a David with the same 24hr B.S. At approximately 9;21 pm EST, I received an email that the order had been canceled and a refund issued. I was not a happy camper when I replied to David asking if he was the one who canceled the order. He responded by saying the item was delayed from the port and my refund was in fact applied to my card and it would take 5-7 business days to reflect in my account. I am not hopeful.

Placed an order wtih HomeGoodStore. They billed my credit card $600. Then silence. No communication for a week as to when they would be shipping my order. I eventually send an e-mail after wasting a week and they write back stating simply, the order is canceled. I waste a week and have to start over.
