Jamais de mauvaise surprise avec Home Exchange. C’est très sérieux et l’équipe est réactive et sympathique. Il faudrait juste revoir le système de taux de réponse car il ne reflète pas la réalité. Une personne qui répond uniquement avec avec le message rédigé a le même score qu’un membre qui répond personnellement.

Aunque soy nuevo en HomeExchange tengo ya más de 20 años de experiencia en intercambio en otra plataforma. Lo que hace HE extraordinaria, en mi opinión, es el sistema de puntos. Aporta la flexibilidad de los sistemas de alojamiento tradicionales sin perder el aspecto de contacto humano que tanto nos gusta. Y sin perder el control de a quien quieres recibir en tu casa. También me gustan mucho la mayor parte de las soluciones del website. Sólo hay un par de cosas que me parecen mejorables (siempre las hay en cualquier website) pero no son lo bastante importantes como para perder las 5 estrellas.

Amazing company and concept! We have exchanged our home several times since beginning our membership in 2022. Also, we have been a guest in other people's home. Its a great way to beat the Airbnb system (with all its complications and fees) - and save money along the way. We are fortunate to have a vacation home we exchange, so it makes things a lot easier not having to use our main home. But even if you use your main home - its a very trustworthy system they have. Try it!
