My son bought fence material at the Keller, TX store #6548 but when we went to get the rental truck it wasn't working. When a store employee heard what had happened, she went around the store looking for an employee with a truck. She found someone, the HR (?) who was willing to take our lumber to our home. She said the employees at this location tried to make sure every customer had a great experience and came back. Both employees' names were written down on the receipt but it was lost. I will not go to any other Home Depot, in fact no other hardware and lumber store, now and highly recommend this store. For new Texans, it was a great welcome.
Jacquis at the Home Depot Langley in the Appliance and Bathroom Section made my day by finding a vanity backsplash for me. Thanks again for the great service and pleasurable shopping experience. Steve.

I would like to leave a review for Jennifer F she works in the front end in the Lakewood New Jersey store. She was so helpful and I was very happy that I had gotten her to help me. I must say most of the people in home depot do go out of their way to help their customers but I would like to recognize Jennifer for today. For what she did for me. Thank you home depot for having an employee like that.
I always have a good experience here but the location in Denver is just a headache
