Holzkern DE – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I ordered a watch for my partner and a necklace for my mother. When they arrived from UPS, the box was terribly damaged and the necklace was missing from its small wood box. UPS required me to return the package to them so they could investigate. I got to keep the watch and give it in time for his birthday. He’s very particular but he absolutely loved it! The craftsmanship is out of this world, and the materials are of the highest quality. Sometimes I take it out to just stare at it because it’s that beautiful, pictures will never do it justice. Anyways, the process with UPS ended up being a nightmare, but Holzkern was with me every step of the way. They sent me two replacements and even refunded an unexpected fee from UPS after I told them they didn’t have to. The necklace is stunning too, of course. I couldn’t be more grateful for my experience, especially with customer service. It was the best I have ever received, by far! Thank you!

Ich habe für mich das Armband Dreiklang, Walnuss & Silber bestellt, Die Lieferzeit betrug 4 Werktage, was völlig in Ordnung ist. Die schönen Schmuckstücke werden sicher im stabilen Karton verpackt. Das war nicht meine letzte Bestellung bei Holzkern.

Ich bin seit Jahren Holzkern-Kunde. Mit Freude trage ich die Armbänder, denn sie sind angenehm zu tragen u.außerdem sehr modisch. Ich werde auch weuterhin Holzkernkunde bleiben weil es eine Freude macht mit Holzkern in Verbindung zu sein.

Sehr gute Uhren und Armbänder. Bei einem Problem mit der Uhr schnelle Antwort bekommen. Uhr eingeschickt und nach 9 Tagen zurückbekommen. Das ist Service.

Ich habe zu meinem Geburtstag eine Holzkernuhr geschenkt bekommen. Sie ist wirklich schön und sieht edel aus. Leider ist mir die Lünette abgefallen und verloren gegangen. Das Holzkernteam hat schnell, super freundlich und unbürokratisch für Ersatz gesorgt. Ich kann das Produkt auf jeden Fall empfehlen und kaufe mir sicher nochmals etwas bei Holzkern!
