Ordered a subscription boxes. Never arrived. Finally got a hold of someone in customer service. I received the box with a bunch of cheap smoking pieces and stickers.

I ordered a concentrates vaporizer pen from HippieButler.com and it worked great for about a day, and then it began to act up. It wasn't pulling right and it wouldn't hold a charge with certain cartridges, even though they were brand new. So, I contacted customer support and after talking with them, they replaced my pen and sent me some free items! They were very prompt and the new pen is amazing. I am very satisfied with my purchase from them. The customer service was also very excellent. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
