Working with the entire Hidden Botanics team was such an easy process. I booked them about a year before my wedding and gave them my Pinterest page. They were so gracious with answering all of my questions and sending mock ups of the flowers. Our flowers arrived with plenty of time before the wedding and I doubly be happier. They did the flowers for our big family wedding in Florida and our private ceremony in Norway. 100% recommend this team.

Personally I had an excellent experience from beginning to end. I saw the company on Instagram and liked the photos and figured dried flowers would be cheaper than real flowers and I already had some silk arrangements I was borrowing from a friend's wedding. I reached out for a bespoke quote about a year or so before the wedding. Cagla was prompt to return my emails and looked over the mood board I sent. I felt the quote was reasonable and I placed my order 10-11 months before the wedding, and she gave me a deal for international shipping (I live in the US). A few months later I had updated my mood board and let the team know so they were aware of the changes to my vision. About 2 months before the wedding I began getting regular updates from Debora as she made all the pieces. She did a great job and I actually had no changes, though she gave me many opportunities to request changes. Once I approved everything it was shipped to me and I had everything about 3 weeks before the wedding ready to go. The box was pretty damaged, but it was international shipping and I didn't blame the company. The flowers still looked great after a bit of fluffing. We ordered stems to create our own arrangements and they came out great. I got so many compliments on the colors and bouquets and boutonnieres. Plus since theyre dried it was simple for me to preserve my bouquet in a shadow box myself instead of paying for someone to preserve and arrange something. Overall, I would recommend. The team was responsive and skilled, and everything was beautiful! I wish I could add pictures.
