Hexclad UK – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I have request to return with in 30 days, no phone number I can call, no reply for all email. This is completely a SPAM company need to avoid, I am now contacting local gov related organization for this case.

This company offered me a discount code while I was browsing which I signed up for. On payment for the £139 product I was buying I was told the code was not valid to be used. I have chat botted and emailed this company 5 times but no reply. I finally had to go ahead and buy the item with no discount- emailed them again to ask for refund on the discount. Again no reply. I don’t think they have a customer service department!!

They said the delivery was attempted with no-one in. This was not the case as 2 of us were in that day. Since then I have requested a refund as I have not received the goods. They have not responded. They are extremely difficult to contact and now I do not wonder why.

Ordered 3 pans, 2 arrived. Refused delivery from FedEx. Seems now coming in here to leave a review that this is a recurring issue. How I await a long process to get a refund.

Bought a set which only part has arrived…. No response whatsoever from customer service except generic replies…. Contacted via Facebook messenger who told me a week ago they would look into, now they want a photo of the cardboard box to raise an investigation…… complete waste of time and wish I had never purchased…. The pan that did arrive is ok, but nothing special and certainly not worth the price tag ……. Great marketing but terrible service and mediocre product
