Hervia – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Very sceptical about this company. My order was taken almost two weeks ago and is still stuck in “being processed” status. The company claims they have misplaced stock during a relocation but have found two of my three items. I was informed they would be express delivered and a refund would be issued on the missing item but no items have been shipped and no refund granted. They do not respond to emails or their online webform and the quoted phone number is rarely activated or answered. I’m minded to escalate this to UK trading standards but for anyone placing an order - I’d certainly think twice about using them based on my current nightmare experience.

I can‘t relate to some of the negative opinions here. My experience was actually pretty amazing. Fast shipping, great products - no issues whatsoever. Well done Hervia!
