Purchased a 2019 Honda Odyssey EXL via HCS Scottsdale, AZ. Dan and Hanna greeted and provided the utmost professionalism and sincere direction/conversation. Dan and Hanna are exceptional ambassador of good will to this firm. Notwithstanding both of them stand by their word and handshake! The best auto buying experience my wife and I have ever experienced.

We purchased a 2019 Promaster on September 15, 2022. When we arrived to the dealership the mileage (11K more) & length of body was advertised with fraudulent intent because, after 2 weeks ofdealing with the salesperson John Friedman via phone/email/text, they waited until after we arrived to notify us of the discrepancy (3 HRS DRIVE). We received a letter stating that we purchased it on the 22nd which is wrong. Shortly about 1hr into the drive, Jeremy & his employee departed your dealership we got in contact with Mr.Friedman (via text) to let him know that multiple sensor lights came on the vehicle’s dash and that it sounded like something was wrong with one of the bearings. John stated "not to worry we had a year warranty directly from HERTZ." We have yet to use this van, since we took it home 1 month now with 3 weeks in the service center that Sean picked and directed us to bring it to, at our expense. We continued communication with Sean, thinking he was the general manager & then with Alex and going in circles with no solution except to swap out the van that they haven't even found yet. We have lost work (a contract due to pushing dates into the unknown future not knowing when we will have our van back) I have proof of false advertisement & of all communication between parties. We want our van repaired as you guys so pride yourselves in saying you have a 1-year warranty directly from HERTZ. It is now Oct 11, we have an upcoming payment and have not used our van. Credit ran, so much into it & so much time wasted. We initially picked Hertz over any other dealership because of the reputable name but I guess its just a name you hide behind to execute unethical practices. This has been a nightmare from the beginning. If I must reach HERTZ Corporate(Paul Stone/Sara Stone)/BBB/Attorney General-NY/USAGOV to ensure that you uphold the standards & credibility of the establishment you represent, I will do so.

Purchased a vehicle on July 7, 2022. Finalized the buy contract and was getting ready to leave when I realized they only gave me 1 (one) key. Walked back into Simon the F&I person and inquired about it. Was told they only gave one key and if I wanted another key I should have negotiated that at the time the paperwork was being done. I complained and Simon left and he told me he talked to his General Manager and he said for me to call the GM in 30days and he would try to get me a key. The GM was supposed to be new and needed time to find out how to get it done. After talking to the GM today he said the cars only came with 1 key and he had been the manager for 3 1/2 years. Since I was in the automotive field for 42 years I can say all rent car companies have a minimum of 3 extra keys to their vehicles because customers loose them quite often. If all would have been presented to me at the time I would have canceled the sale on the spot Can’t stand for company representatives to lie to their customers Needless to say I will never do business with HERTZ CAR SALES again. The absolute worst car buying experience in my life.. The temp plates and registration expired on April 6, I took the car home March 6.. Temp plates in NY cannot be extended, I still don't have plates or registration it's now May 2 and I am receiving no updates from this company. Once they have your money they do not care about resolving any issues that are still tied to them. Their excuse is that they use a third party for plates and registration but you hired them to do so. I can't legally drive this vehicle because I have no active registration or plates, I can't use it personally or for business purposes. I have lost weeks of revenue because of this and Hertz only offers apologies and no solutions. They also told me that they will pay for any tickets I receive but why would I want to deal with tickets and incidents with the police? Because of your negligence? This is not the way to do business. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau, local media outlets and consulting our family lawyer to review our options. This service or lack there of I received from is unacceptable.
