Whenever I reach out for technical support, Helcim's response is fast, friendly, professional, and clear. I've been working with Medisha who goes above and beyond to make sure that she researches the problems I am having thoroughly so that she can answer my questions clearly and appropriately. At Helcim, I never feel like I'm being fed a simple answer so that they can get me to stop bugging them! They actually care!

So far it’s been a good move for me. Customer service has been very efficient. The smart terminal is pretty easy to use. I’m not a fan of the charging cradle. I wish the smart terminal told me the battery amount left. It may do that already and I’m just not aware of how to see it. Charges are processed very quickly. The app lets me see what charges were made. It’s working well for me.
