HealthTap – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I was being charged $15 a month for a service I didn't recognize. I got got extremely angry like what the heck is this charge. I ended up going to their website, and writing to them to find out what the charge was that showed up on my bank statement and to stop it. Turns out I had signed up for the service a while back with my old email address. Didn't even think to look there. Anyways. Long story short, not only did they let me know about the charge under my old email address and cancelled it right away, they refunded me all 3 months of charges back to the signup date without me asking and it was immediate. I don't really know too much about their services as I signed up and never used them and forgot about it, but my customer support experience with Carla Gross was one of the best ones ever, absolutely top notch. I wasn't even expecting a refund I just wanted to stop the bleeding. I rarely do these reviews, especially for good commenting, but I had to on this one. Fantastic job HealthTap, especially Carla!!! It was fast and easy, got exactly what my mom needed, an antibiotic and she is uninsured. I was afraid it was a scam at first especially after reading the reviews but I had the prescription sent in in less than 1 hour!

Great for someone who currently isn't insured at the moment like myself. Doctor Tsai listened, didn't rush and actually engaged with his patient like doctors should. I rarely recommend services, but HealthTap has mine 100%.

HealthTap was recommended to me by a friend last spring when no one was leaving the house. It's come in incredibly handy when I needed my son to listen to reason after an injury - won't listen to mom, will listen to our HealthTap doctor. Pretty great to be able to have that conversation at a moments notice instead of waiting god knows how long for an appointment. Since we can keep a primary care doctor with HealthTap, its not some random app doctor I send him to for this stuff - it's the same doctor every time, so he listens. As a mother of a teenager this is worth A LOT more than $15 a month to me.
