Headway – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Took my money AFTER I cancelled via Google (manage subscriptions). They said I needed to cancel via the webpage. Sorry, but that is NOT what it says on your own website! Now I have to dispute the charge with my CC.

Very misleading. Dishonest. Trap website. Steer clear. I bought the 3 month subscription. When I realized the services promoted were not there, I cancelled my subscription and asked for my money back. This is their response: "We are sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations. As of today, your subscription has been canceled. You still have access till the end of the paid period, but it won't be renewed in the future, and you will no longer be charged. According to our Terms and Conditions, no refunds are possible for purchases made through our website. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused." Trap - Scam artist.

Free offer is a trap still trying to cancel 3 months later with deductions from my bank account I did not agree to.

Absolute scam. After you subscribe for a membership it takes you to a screen which will be some nonsense add ons. The screen dosent have a cancel or exit button so most people just click on the add button. But what you don't notice is in small print, there is a charge for those add ons. I was shocked to find my account debited for $78. I raised a dispute with my bank which is ongoing. But I think the bigger problem is, how is the Google play store/Apple store allowing an app to be advertised on their platform that steals from consumers? I think a petition needs to be raised to ban this app from the play store and Apple stores. In the meanwhile ,if anyone has had this unfortunate experience with Headway please do the following : Open the Google Play app. Go to the app's detail page. Tap the three dots in the top right corner of the screen. Select "Flag as inappropriate." Select the reason why you are flagging the app. Tap "Submit." Hopefully with many flags, this will get Google's attention. Also ensure to leave a bad review on the app page so more people are not affected.

The content is fine but they are dishonest about subscriptions. They marketed a second subscription to me which was a better deal then the first which I signed up for and then billed me for both. They referred me to their terms saying they won’t refund. The unsubscribe process is misleading and you appear to have unsubscribe but if you don’t go to a feedback page you really aren’t unsubscribed. Very misleading and dishonest. Sad they have a good product but they have designed their system to fool folks.
