Havens went to the trouble of telling me that the photograph on the website was not a true likeness of an item I'd ordered (as part of a larger order). They took a photograph themselves, and emailed it to me. The differences appeared to be very minor, so I went ahead with the purchase, and am very happy with it - the differences were indeed very minor.

Received these beautiful Royal Scot Crystal glasses pretty quickly, to the USA. Absolutely, gorgeous glasses. Haven’s provided tracking for them. I kept track of them the whole way, with no problem.
