Hatland has a great variety and great deals and shipping is fast and on point. I've gotten over 20 hats within the last year and never had a problem. I just bought one yesterday and it'll be arriving Friday!

Absolute 5star service, could not be happier. Ordered and delivered internationally within 5days, communication with customer service team was top rated and products are exactly as described and ordered, if you want sports caps from variety of different types of sports this is the company to order from. Customer service is extremely slow to respond, and very rude. I had a problem with my order, and rather than help solve the problem, they prefer to rather lose me as a customer over $30. I truly feel they have stolen my money. The return policy is designed, so that they can refuse to do anything when you have a problem. I order things online consistently, and I have never encountered a company that disrespects their customers to this extreme. I will not be ordering from then again, and I suggest you don't either.

Mit køb af en enkelt cap fra hatland.com, var forbavsende positivt, da jeg modtog pakken 5 dage efter bestilling. Det lyder måske umiddelbart som lang tid, men det er det overhovedet ikke i og med den skulle sendes hele vejen fra USA. Samtidig var pakken ikke det mindste beskadiget trods den lange tur. Så jeg er meget tilfreds med mit køb.
