I can't fault my purchase experience from Harts of Stur. My first purchase from them. I bought a Kitchenaid hand mixer and it was very competitively priced, it arrived safely packaged early the next morning, even without paying extra for next day delivery. Communication has been really good when I had a little issue (thanks Lucy and Jas) and all has been dealt with very quickly, efficiently and politely.
